Finding quality wholesalers

Avishay Stav
Posted

Hello all

I have been investing for two years now. Since than did my first project and looking to do multiple ones this year,
And I’ve been trying to connect with solid wholesalers.

So far, most of the deals I’m coming across aren’t a good fit.

I post regularly in Facebook groups, check InvestorLift, and stay active in the community, but I’m clearly not reaching the right wholesalers yet.

What might I be doing wrong, and where do experienced investors usually find reliable wholesalers who consistently bring real, workable deals?

Appreciate any guidance.

I always tell investors to focus on local, in person networking. The wholesalers who consistently bring real, workable deals are the ones you meet at REIA meetings, small investor meetups, and local networking groups. It also helps to give wholesalers a very clear buy box so they know exactly what to send you, and to build a reputation as someone who closes. Once a few good wholesalers know you're serious, the quality of your deal flow changes almost overnight.
