Hey guys has anybody used by box cartel for wholesaling here it seems pretty simplified just want to know if there's any issues or is it a good platform to use

You need to do some mystery shopping and look at your competition.

No mystery there. as for insurance.. there is all sorts of on line tips and tricks how to pay insurance that does not cause a red flag..

They also want the convenience of accessing their box at home rather than going out of their way to a specific location. 

Avoid marketplace “deals” with thin docs or mystery pricing.
