Hi, I am a Real Estate student looking  into investing in a new build single story duplex, triplex, or quad that would be marketed towards the elderly.

Is there a lot of new construction going up or anyone doing ground up you can talk to to get an idea of the process and hurdles? 

@Iris OlivasWe have financed single-family homes that were under $100k and we have also bundled some of these sub $100K properties together for commcerical loans.

Single family homes are more likely to attract families who want more stability.2.
