I am looking for areas within Northern/Central Jersey that are Air BnB friendly and that has a draw for a nightly stays.

I already plan to have the common wall with double sided studs, 1" air gap between the two and rockwool insulation but wondering if adding double drywall with green glue would provide enough ROI with extra rent.

I recently separated from the Hawaii Air National Guard and graduated from Chaminade University with my nursing degree.

A personal injury attorney's office contacted me, asking to inspect the staircase for a lawsuit they have against the previous owner who was operating an Air BnB (illegally).

I have a single family home thats rented and a duplex I live in and have the other side as a very successful Air Bnb that pays my cost of living. 

Updated electrical, currently in the process of installing a mini split, which addressed the current tenants' concerns of no heat/air and their breaker flipping when they used certain appliances.
