I'm selling my house, I did a contract with a realtor & his brokerage firm at the end of August, a month later, out of the blue he informs me that his firm is doing a merge with another broker and we needed to sign a "transfer".

Precious metals are finite, difficult to get out of the ground and should be much more difficult to ascertain.
