A lot of local families (about 3,000) are looking for housing in Curacao (Caribbean island) and banks are happy to provide mortgages right now, but there is no one building any middle class family houses.

Living on a small little island in Curacao, coming to the USA, as an international student, finagling my way up the most desired organisations on this planet, in my field.. which is hard to do as an American, even harder as a foreigner.  

I live on a tiny island called Curacao.

I don't know about the law or promissory note terms in Curacao, but here in the US, you don't have to transfer ownership to violate most due on sale clauses.

Right now I think I'm ready to partner with someone interested in investing in real estate in Curacao.
