Hello All, Last year I did my first Cost Segregation study on a STR property I own in Butler-Tarkington, Indianapolis, IN.

I was specifically looking at Butler Tarkington.  

Here in Ohio, especially Butler county, the courts DO NOT PLAY.

I would highly recommend Landlording on Autopilot by Mike Butler - even though it is older it has some great principles.That is less important at the start though, we bought our first duplex and did manual forms until we thoroughly researched and tried different systems until we found what works for us best.
