I'm dealing with this issue now on one of my fourplexes (out of state different than the one mentioned above) where the old PM and owner never enforced parts of the lease and now that I am (because I inherited the lease), the tenants are in uproar about it. 

You will want to know how to do this type of search.We order title reports from companies like protitle or a local title company to get us all of the information.
