Looking for suggestions in dealing with frequent noise complaints from downstairs tenants about upstairs neighbors. 

A poorly laid out two bedroom may achieve a slightly higher rent but it is harder to lease and turns over more frequently.

There is money to be made in value adds and i am a big fan of sophisticated value adds, but they require a value add to make money.  

I think the question is, can you get the data without being a licensed realtor in your state, and how frequently do you want the data so that you don’t feel like you’re bothering an agent for information over and over?
