Stessa, not a fan.

Under what i didnt know, I did not know,  Stessa. I looked at several different  options to track and do accounting and screen applicants. Stessa seemed to fit the bill, until I realized I can't use stessa on my phone or iPad to send applications  out to prospective tenants. I have to use an a laptop. Huh? 

   I now use FREE  AVAIL to send out credit check stuff, on my phone and ipad. 

  I feel foolish for spending the money on Stessa pro account.  

  My mistake. Hope someone learns from this.
