Maybe some things that might be needed specifically in your property (think sunscreen and aloe if you have a beach or lake house, or burn cream if you have a fire pit).

@Mike Dymski, Totally agree that a professional investor is an investor in all weather whether they're buying umbrellas or sun screen. 

I'm going to paraphrase Bob Brinker on this one, but to me financial independence means the toughest decision I HAVE TO make today is (depending on the time of year and where I am):Should I sail north or south, orDriver or 3 wood off the first tee, orPowder skis or not.For me it really boils down to;Which number sunscreen do I need today?
