I wonder how up to date such systems are on the current Airbnb algorithm and as they make changes?

Not looking for "how to aquire" specifically looking for YouTubers or paid courses you have owned that teach the exact order of the rehab and walk you through a bunch step by step 

Or should I wait for Airbnb to come up with an algorithmic feature that notifies people who previously looked at your property and lets them know it’s available again?

Some of these turnkey areas are just a whole other world than people people know or visit.Some of these areas are probably best for local investors who are hands on and can visit the property frequently and know the rental market well in those areas.Sorry for your headaches, we try to warn people about these approaches, but lots of people watched too many youtube videos and think they have it all figured out, only to learn the hard lessons. 

Just this weekend I hopped on Youtube for a half an hour, fixed everything on my own and now because of Youtube, I feel like a mechanic.

A massive step beyond google search, but certainly not sentient yet either.I'll take a stab at explaining my understanding of what goes on under the hood: 1) Large language model chatbots (like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc) turn the text you type into numbers (vectors).2)Then they use advanced algorithms to understand the contextual relationships between those numbers. 3) Finally, they synthesize a response based on that understanding.The responses can appear creative and downright impressive because they are considering a massive amount of information, logical relationships between words and context that the human brain is simply not equipped to handle itself.

My fb algorithm has littered my news feed with a plethora of "professional REI mentors".....but it's hard to tell which ones are great and which ones are snake oil salesmen.Thank you!!!

So knowing this, you have to then get very granular and dig into the data on comps for the true differences between your property and the ones its pulling into its algorithm.
