Transunion resident score

So I use rentredi for my applicants and their screening is through Transunion which doesn't provide a credit score but a resident score. 
My screening criteria is 650+ credit score so there is one of my problems becauase transunion doesn't provide a credit score but a resident score. 
Can somebody chime in and comment how accurate this Resident score is ?
