Here's what I've found works:**The core issue with ANY software:** No tool is 100% accurate because ARV depends heavily on comp selection - same bed/bath, similar condition, recent sales within 0.5mi.

It is important that accurate information is provided to those interested in opening recovery housing.

There are a lot of pieces to wholesaling: finding distressed sellers, running accurate comps, convincing them to sell to you, finding buyers, etc. just make sure to take it 1 step at a time! 

And regardless of whatever claims a company makes regarding the ranking of phone numbers, it's 100% not accurate and they are just trying to make it sound better.

If so, how accurate were the results?

The MLS is the best and the most accurate place to find comps, do a CMA and really know the data to be confident that you can sell it for that price you want to sell it for when you are done with the project.
