Hi everyone,

My name is Manuel Abadia and I’m just getting started in real estate investing, focusing on wholesaling as my entry point. I’m currently learning how to analyze deals, run comps, and understand the full wholesaling process from contract to assignment.

I’m currently based outside the U.S., but San Antonio, Texas is my primary target market. My main goal right now is to learn the business the right way, build relationships, and connect with experienced investors.

I’m 100% open to:

• - Bird-dogging

• - Shadowing experienced wholesalers

• - Learning from anyone active in Texas

Not looking to sell anything yet, just here to learn, add value, and build long-term connections.
