What are some zero APR credit cards to use that provide the best points back or flight benefits?

I’ve been a long-time listener and reader, and I’m excited to post for the first time in this forum and share that I’ve officially pulled the trigger and created my first LLC!

The biggest thing is most people try to make the deal work after they’ve hit the closing table through other ways “saving on construction, using credit cards for points, changing strategies and goal posts midway through” and lots of other ways.

Hi everyone,I've been a BiggerPockets member for a while, but apparently more of a reader than a poster until now and never properly introduced myself.My wife and I have been investing in real estate for a few years now in short-term rentals (in a foreign market - Tbilisi, Georgia).
