The seller disclosed this info so I have not had a chance to confirm this as I am not sure I want to go through with it or not and waste money on inspections to find out it will cost more than I think the building is worth.Also, the units have artex ceilings which I heard likely will have asbestos in them.

There was substantial mold, but what I did not expect was for him to remove all the walls down to the studs which included both bedrooms, living room, kitchen, as well as the ceiling and all the flooring in the living room.

Here are some of my thoughts on this.Putting a bathroom fan on the ceiling will draw away the heat, and using louvered bifold doors will allow the doors to be closed while the machines are running and still draw air in.
