Think High school cliques.  

(read: closed clique which supports each other and votes for each other) I ran for office because of a problem (not the one below) I saw when I went to appeal a decision against me.

in my mind, the industry would be kind of "clique-ish" and exclusive, but maneuvering through this site proves otherwise!

The Greenhaven folks are selling a pipe dream in hopes of creating jobs for their small clique. 

One REIA complaint I often see with newer folks is that folks who know each other get into cliques and that it's harder for the new attendees to actually network (that of course being the actual point). 

Most of the time the members form a clique and dont know their *** from a hole in the ground and then get butt hurt when someone questions decisions that are made.
