I'm sadly doing my community service and relating my very bad experiences with Rent Now QC in the Davenport Iowa.The short version of the story is they are either grossly incompetent or straight out fraudulent.

The other thing that is really getting people lately is the days on market, so to combat that you need to take the last property(s) solid in the area (comps) and drop your ARV by 5-10% and then give that your number for the out price.
