I am interested in attending the recently announced Value-Add Conference, but I’m weighing whether it’s the right move for my current stage.

Also, at what time does the conference start (at what time should we be getting there)?

Over time I ended up speaking nationally at IMN, Five Star, and similar conferences on note investing and special assets.

When filling out the LLC application it doesn't allow an out of state address for the registered agent, indicating I can't be the agent as I live out of state, but I read elsewhere the agent can be either a resident of Florida, or somebody authorized to conduct business in Florida.

I purchased my first duplex in June of this year, and I am evaluating conducting a cost segregation myself OR hiring a firm to complete it.

I’ve learned that development risk very much includes whether you have conducted thorough due diligence.
