Hi, I live in Austin and I am looking for real estate investing ideas.

Like the idea of trying to buy the place.

We rarely use it these days as our grandkids are getting older and participating in sports, gymnastics, and many other activities so they aren't able to get over during the summer.Plus if we don't book our own place the year before we want to go, it will fill up and we won't get to use it.So all my visits are strictly for maintenance, repair, cleaning, updating decor, adding something (mainly to the kitchen) etc. 

I've sat in multiple all hands calls where C Suite executives begged their employees to use AI and had no idea how to actually use it outside of it being a super charged google search... 

But I could have had a decorator do it for 1/3th the price I'm sure.
