Has anyone invested with Home Team Vacation Rentals in the past? I had a intro call with them on Friday and their business model sounds amazing, but maybe too amazing.  Looking to get insight.

Just to be clear the 18/ SQ foot is JUST the design fee, does not include furniture or anything. I paid another 60k for the furtinture. I did end up working with them so I will respond in more detail a bit later. 

dothe math in a 3k sq foot house - that 18/SQ is pretty spendy, then another 60k on top of that. 

I'll explain how I made this work later today when I have a little more time.
