My windows and front door were broken and lit up from multiple drive bys shootings.

This alone can get the fire lit under them to move quicker now that they feel eyes on them.

If you are only focused on the P&L it would make sense but as someone who is always looking at financials, I look at more than just the P&L. that's just me though.

I have a fire that has been lit, and I will move forward and find success in this industry.

(For flips.) for mid or long term rentals you should refinance and pay them back and then a-lit everything 50/50 or pay them interest out of profits equal to what you’re paying on the other 80%.  

The TCL that was there was getting dim and no amount of adjustment would make it better so I got it 2 years ago.
