I just want to make my property management hassle free since I am doing it myself.What is the best door lock - with digital capabilities to share codes to lock/unlock doors - for both LTR and STR?

Google Calendar + Docs – Tag recurring events like “Send utility list” and attach the relevant docs.

I am not saying Nomad is the same situation, but being digital might be a negative verse a positive if you are looking at it as trying to actually keep your property/asset in a position to win verse just going with an easy solution.

However, I do expect the codes to relax overtime, so my architect designed a large walk in closet for one of the bedrooms that could be potentially convert into a bathroom in the event that Santa Clara allows a 2nd bathroom for ADUs in the future.
