I thought those might have been a fad kind of thing and always felt like people are coming to STRs in the area for the “cabin” experience and probably always will. 

I'm trying to cut through the noise and get the real story.I also appreciate just how much of a fad thing this is.

Attitudes about employment, diet and lifestyle choices are often dependent on cultural norms and there is plenty I'm willing to blame the govt for but what my kids ate or watched aren't two of them.  

We did not go to some overpriced guru investment seminar or fad book to learn about this but we do realize there is a solid potential for increasing monthly cashflow without great risk in these types of investments done correctly.
