Having the reports and organization of Quickbooks is great, but we are spending A LOT of money on accounting and we need to streamline the process.Thanks in advance!

Lot of customizable features that come included, online applications, email templates, etc.

You can take applications, screen, take maintenance requests & market/advertise on there.You can also utilize marketing/advertising on Facebook Marketplace, Zillow (which they also have a ton of the same features as Apts.com), etc.

You can also keep all your property financials organized in the same place, which is super helpful.They’re starting to roll out more features around maintenance requests too, so it’s nice to have everything under one roof as you grow.

I do not think you can allow access to some features only. 

Avail has more tenant-facing features, but I found Baselane easier to navigate and more modern overall.If you're looking for a streamlined, all-in-one setup with solid screening included, Baselane’s a strong option to consider.
