My last post talked about generating leads using a form created on a Facebook ad campaign I did couple of months ago which lasted 2 weeks. nothing panned out but I'm still determined to get, and close, my 1st deal.I've stepped up my efforts since then...I signed up for Carrot and built my online platform on there (peer feedback would be great - https://www.walkerhomebuyers.c...) and have started another, more detailed, Facebook ad campaign lasting 2 months.

@Byoung Baejust for a countervailing perspective - the macro environment is just about the worst it could possibly be right now for you to pick a random market in a random state and shell out $50K or more to get a random property and then turn it over to random people you haven't met.

Secure a guarantor if they don't meet your credit requirements but security deposits should be mandatory unless you're utilizing a SD alternative program/company that will guarantee it (not a random mom or aunt).
