Genuinely interested in hearing why this model isn’t considered more often because the simplest partnership arrangements are capital partnerships where most if not all duties are delegated to 3rd parties which is exactly what I am referring to.It’s one thing to let an experienced, vetted, professional as general partner “vote” on my money; it quite another to let a majority of biased, passive investor, unqualified amateurs vote on my money.
