Indianapolis kept coming up as a great cash flow market — affordable prices, strong rent-to-price ratios, established Section 8 infrastructure.

I’m looking for a general contractor in Indianapolis for a large-scale multifamily conversion project.This is a large value-add project and not a cosmetic flip.
