Hi,

I saw on home. It is in decent shape to my eyes. My general contractror or handyman or inspector did not see it. It cost money to get inspection from them. But I see private type of message like. sold 'AS IS' and also 'no seller disclosures'.

I am bit concerned about this. Are there some things seller is hiding here. Is it risky to purchase these type of properties. what are pros and cons and risks of these properties.

At what point i should engage inspector to inspect the property as it may cost 500$ for that do not want to engage for 10 properties which may or may not go though all the way to closing

Please advise
