Overall, it's a safe bet it'll rent just fine just don't be crazy expensive for the unit/market and be a good landlord for longevity.

I've also tried different brands and it doesn't matter (Miele seems to have good longevity but that's not going in a rental).  

I plan to instal ceramic tile in the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry area, LVP everywhere else, new cabinets in the kitchen, appliances, and modern LED lighting.What kind of countertops (both in the kitchen and bathroom) would you recommend for the best longevity/price/value ratio?

I say the # of reviews b/c quantity shows longevity.

& @Abel Curiel make great points that I am aware of, and I actively try to navigate the policy changes to aim for longevity in NYC. 

It is because I have a good understanding of 1) the advantages of leverage 2) the safety in longevity of fixed rate financing 3) the advantage of the increased cash flow 4) the effort to maintain leverage at near optimal.

And appreciation pacing a multiplier as high as 10X of historical norms, again, does not hold any longevity of such.
