The more opportunities you create, the luckier you get, right?

As a Chicago investor I am a little luckier so far, collections have been about 95% but the thing that bothers me is the ones not paying are very aware that not much can be done... so we expect that they will be living for free for a long time before anything can be done about it.

You can be any luckier then to get to spend your winters on the beach.  

We are all fans of the saying “the harder I work the luckier I get” while true, sometimes you just get lucky when people and opportunities pass your way.

Lost on the first one, made $1,500 on the second one, and got a bit better (luckier?)

I received the full $600.I ended up putting it in a penny stock...I figrued it was free money...might as well gamble a bit.WWEI....crap little stock but swings in predictable cycles...at least it did over the summer.I couldn't have gotten luckier with my timing bought at .06 and sold at .18....went to .20...now its back down.Litterally like going to vegas.So I tripled the money to 1,800.I kept 600 in my trading account.

I'll take luck over skill any day.".....lolAs you prepare by studying, networking, working out some trial deals and becoming a specialist in your peticuliar area of expertise.....you'll find yourself getting luckier and luckier for sure.There's some great wholesaling and bird-doggin threads here at the site.
