I’m thrilled to be a part of this platform and connect with fellow real estate investors!

About four years ago, I purchased my first property in the Ruskin/Sun City Center area of Florida. Initially serving as my primary residence, I transitioned it into a long-term rental approximately a year ago. Managing this property has been an enlightening experience, and I’m eager to expand my knowledge and portfolio.

I’m currently seeking advice on:

• Effective strategies for managing long-term rentals
• Best practices for scaling from a single property to multiple investments
• Resources or tools that have been invaluable in your investing journey

I’ve been exploring the BiggerPockets Ultimate Beginner’s Guide and tuning into the BiggerPockets podcasts, which have provided valuable insights.

@Amber Stout I'm also in the Tampa area!  I am working my way back up the ladder after some time.  I would love to hear what you have going on and get back into the game full time.  Also, need recommendations on how to recoup lost profit after team ran off with my money.  Don't even know where to start.  Need to gain solid trustworthy team to move forward with.  Anywho, thanks for sharin you knowledge.
