Hey everyone I’ve been working behind the scenes with real estate investors mainly helping them get city permit ready drawings for their BRRRR and fix-and-flip projects (floor plans, MEP, etc.).

For example:  If you say permitting delays you,  then use your cash for the preconstruction and permitting.

Heck the original flipping couple out in California OFTEN talked about waiting a month or several months just for permits.

What were the biggest zoning or permitting hurdles you faced?

Now, the city is quietly tightening enforcement and making noise about new permit requirements and limits.
