Most of the "guts" of appliances have barely changed in the last 40 years (other than materials going from metals to plastics) - it's almost always the "features" that go bad in appliances.

Im gonna try Odorxit and put a plastic sheet over it after I soak it.

I prefer thicker, hard plastic tongue & grooves to paper/cardboard/rubber as they seem to stay locked together better over time. 

Thank you so much and appreciate your responses, when we kept the price high, few buyers said that it was high, and no grass at that point, so we filled with grass and taken care of clearing some bushes backyard, and kept reducing the price, now people are suspecious about pool, why we closed it, it was a plastic pool and was broken , dont want to put more, so we choose to close it, i dont know if i can do any with that now.yes I changed the agent to another one, its been  a month.

Just make sure there is enough space for absorption that the next neighbor down the hill is impacted.The house probably has an original foundation drain,  if an older home probably concrete tiles,  if newer some kind of plastic.   

In this particular unit, the tub/shower is a less expensive tub with plastic wall wrap.

It also helps that I inform my guests that a starter supply of paper and plastic items are provided and ask them to replace any items they have used up. ( This may not be popular with others but I have never had a complaint and for the most part,  items used are replaced)

This is more of a hard plastic mesh and might not lay down as easily as the truck is driving forward.

I kocked out the plastic plug with a screwdriver and am waiting on  a cycle to complete to make sure that was the only problem.I called the new to me handyman and he said there is a knockout plug?
