I appreciate your remarks about how BP (and myself) moderate, that feels like a high compliment coming from you - the Blue Hulk (lol) I preach transparency on the site on a daily basis and while this obviously isn't my favorite post on the forums it would be hypocritical of me to remove it because I know the job of us mods is not to remove what we disagree with, but rather remove what breaks the rules.

@Heather Hall your title rep or customer service rep can pull all the recorded FHA and VA loans recorded 2020-2021 when rates were under 3% Be super careful with the VA's they are a protected class in 9 out of 10 cases and recent overturn in VA mods indicates those in trouble will end up in court.

Maybe you can do loan mod, but they still have to have the ability to pay.Just handed a 3 day notice to vacate to a tenant who is 3-4 months behind ( not my house, but customer's house) and she asked for more time because she has no money.

@Mark F. chad good morning. what did AHP do .. were they buying defaulted paper and then trying to do note mods with the homeowners in mass scale ?
