Came across Underight recently and thought it was an interesting concept for the non-QM space.It seems to be focused on helping brokers figure out whether a scenario is financeable and which lenders/programs may fit before spending a ton of time on guideline PDFs, overlays, matrices, AE calls, and back-and-forth.What stood out to me is that non-QM still feels surprisingly fragmented for how active the market is.

As a note: The HOA dictates that rentals must be long term rentals, no STR.Given the current housing market conditions here in Denver - home prices down, supply increasing it seems unlikely that the market will get better in the next year or two to sell (Seems like the opposite of the stock proverb of sell high, buy low).
