I just found the agent's behavior to be bizarre and do suspect she knows what's going on.

We showed up here to "defend" a great product from bizarre comments like yours and the others.

With most of the investors buying in 2021/ 2022, doesn't seem like a consistent message. 

With the military bases there and bootcamp graduations happening weekly, BAMC patients having family members needing a place to stay, traveling docs/nurses and all the TDYs to the installations it seems an STR in the right place and marketed right could easily succeed. 

This seems like an arbitrary (and excessive) number.

I've used Asana and Monday in the past for a few flips, but neither seemed tailored for construction management.

I know it's on the border, but seems close enough to the hospital and other areas, that it seems fine to me, especially it seeming to be a nice property itself. 

From what I have researched they seem legitimate but the person I am working with is flakey, takes forever to answer questions so I thought I would see if anyone else had experience with this lender.  

Failing an inspection seems to result in working with City Manager to get your unit compliant and paying for housing for tenant (see https://www.olympiawa.gov/community/housing___homelessness/r...).

I have not done it myself but agree with Jules - seems like there is potential for many tenant conflicts.
