Has anyone here tried Underight? it seems interesting

Came across Underight recently and thought it was an interesting concept for the non-QM space.

It seems to be focused on helping brokers figure out whether a scenario is financeable and which lenders/programs may fit before spending a ton of time on guideline PDFs, overlays, matrices, AE calls, and back-and-forth.

What stood out to me is that non-QM still feels surprisingly fragmented for how active the market is. There are plenty of lenders and plenty of products, but not really a true non-QM-specific marketplace or matching platform that brokers can just jump into and use. Underight seems to be trying to fill that gap.

Also looks like it’s free to use right away, which makes it easier to actually test whether it saves time on tougher files.

Has anyone here tried it yet? Curious whether it actually makes the early lender-matching piece faster and cleaner.
