The best layout and design won’t out perform a cabin in a better location.

On the same mindset, if the design works in every way, but the budget is so far out of Wack it can't be built, how good is the design?

We try to keep a high level pulse on the entire market - a 360+ mile stretch of coastline in which total market activity can equal a single medium metropolitan market in other areas. 

Maybe they’ll be using the spare room as an office or be a single person instead of trying to fit a family of 4 in the unit.  

Chances are that it should be considered a single unit and capitalized.

I do think Multifamily certainly has advantages over single family, but single family has advantages as well.
