Once to go skydiving and once for my kids away football game.

The fun activities I partake in range from reading books to skydiving to obtain my USPA cert.Would love to start networking with all the awesome & creative like minded people within this forum.

I can save $2k a month if I would quit skydiving so much Question is, how can I leverage my rental into finding a cash flowing property?

Weddings are an experience, funerals are all experience based, going to the movies, parks, surfing, sky diving, on and on and on EXPERIENCE is what people universally value and will pay for.

Lastly, go do 5 more and retire, start a band, or go skydiving.
