I have my hobbies for sure and I could do some serious scuba and skydiving but I need to do something.

I work with investors across the U.S. who need fast, reliable funding and a lender who understands the ins and outs of real-world deals.Outside of lending, I’m all about extreme sports—snowmobiling, off-roading, skydiving—you name it.

I can save $2k a month if I would quit skydiving so much Question is, how can I leverage my rental into finding a cash flowing property?

Weddings are an experience, funerals are all experience based, going to the movies, parks, surfing, sky diving, on and on and on EXPERIENCE is what people universally value and will pay for.

People do dumb stuff every day, but don't expect me to call bed-sheet-sky-diving "safe", because it ain't.
