I went ahead and filed the 7 days notice to cure with my legal company because that has the teeth- where as my email deadline has no teeth.

But I can't figure out how the info from Form 8824 transfers to Form 4797 (Sales of Business Property) as a deferred  (not yet taxable) gain.On Form 4797, I do not see any line whatsoever that lets you indicate a gain is DEFERRED (not currently taxable).

This is a huge kick in the teeth for landlords in the city, especially as we received dramatically increased costs through Mayor Bibb's new orders on Lead testing requirements. 

So currently no damage or whatsoever due to these two items. 

From my understanding, S8 Acquisitions is not connected to S8 Academy whatsoever, and my experience with S8 Acquisitions has been nothing but positive.

For me, I have gotten all money money out and usually MORE with every BRRRR except for my 1st one back in 2012 when I was still cutting my teeth. 

I would not consider Gadsden whatsoever personally. 

Did they give you any paperwork or have you signed any documents whatsoever? 

What will they do when they have hundreds of people living on the street because they pampered them then kicked them in the teeth? 

May I ask you - what are you paying for when you get your teeth cleaned (assuming you still have them)?
