I have no money down whatsoever.

I recently had a post removed looking to network with local fix and flip investors simply due to the mention of my current capacity as a private money lender (without any promotion whatsoever) merely because the post "may arise in deal making".

From my understanding, S8 Acquisitions is not connected to S8 Academy whatsoever, and my experience with S8 Acquisitions has been nothing but positive.

Chattanooga has been a great market to cut my teeth in, and I’m excited to keep stacking wins while serving people along the way.

In my area, that seems very difficult because that ratio is around 0.5% so you basically end up paying the mortgage, taxes and no positive cashflow whatsoever.
