So yes, hiring management makes it harder—but not impossible.

But as your portfolio grows or if you’re dealing with properties from a distance, a property manager can save you a lot of time and headaches. 

Even if you plan to self-manage, it helps to start building relationships now.

It is time to renew his lease and its increasing quite a bit (old lease didn't have any escalation and is way below market).
