Like Bo mentioned, having a "secondary" private money source is vital to prevent bottlenecks.We specifically work with investors on the Treasure Coast and throughout FL who need to move fast without the rigid credit box of a primary bank.

When I went to back yard i see ditch area and neglected  Metal Shed (Storage Room) also lot of water erosion as attached.
