To determine worth replacing: 1) what is the cost to replace  2) what is the additional cost of unregulated heating and cooling 3) how often per bill cycle does the program occur.

Places like Oak Park and Evanston are STR friendly at the moment, and others are unregulated (Skokie).

Or with these un regulated loans folks dont need a license I mean you see it on BP half the guys/gals that say they are brokers have no license and in the states they work they are not mandatory to have..
