Smart Thermostat with Range Lock

My basic Honeywell works fine but doesn’t allow a range lock. I’m able to adjust remotely but can’t set parameters. Is this worth replacing? If so any suggestions on a relatively easy to use smart thermostat with a range lock?

Get the Honeywell T9 thermostat.

It is the best and has the most features.

It has 2 levels of lockouts dependening on what you need.

You can also it to give you alerts when temperature or humidity go out of a range you set. This can give you an early warning when your system needs to be serviced or when guests are leaving doors open.

Side note:

I have added spring loaded hinges to exterior doors that gently shut the door when people walk through and don't shut the door on their own.
