Closing on your first small business is equal parts exciting and unsettling. 

He may have done all those things as I looked him up (a little too late) but also found some unsettling info as well as all the money making projects he’s done.

But the unsettled regulatory environent may be a concern.

Now there have been challenges in my portfolio and with these properties, including two hurricances and 6 insurance claims ( still unsettled), but the upside and surprise growth is a great example of what investing in real estate can do.

This is actually a pretty common situation and you’re right to feel unsettled.

If you guys are seriously considering Ai for Sales Comps Analysis/Market Analysis/etc, you are using Ai wrong and are either just unaware or cognitively dissonant of the pitfalls.
