The "primary and secondary repayment source" thinking is what separates pros from the weekend warriors chasing 100% LTV deals.

It helped me to silence that inner voice that was telling me perhaps the keyboard warriors out there were correct--that deals are sinking fast.

That's too subjective and can be challenged.Sorry you're going through this but stay in warrior mode and let this guy know that you're not tolerating his BS. 

It's gonna be stressful and you aren't going to find a perfect deal, that's what weeds out the tire kickers and spreadsheet warriors- risk.

I was looking for productive conversation but didn't realize the keyboard warrior cesspool biggerpockets has become.

I am ok with a few .. but when you grow in scale like they did and like many have done you lose control and all it takes today is one small investor who is keyboard warrior and hits the airwaves and now you are in forever damage control like what is happening to Mr.

It is truly unfortunate, because with a Road warrior background, I am certain that I could have made a significant financial impact that would have been beneficial for all parties involved!
