Real Estate Investor looking to expand portfolio here in Wichita Falls. Looking for investment leads and lenders that can help expand my portfolio. Prefer single-family homes, multi-unit housing, and flips. As well as, learning about foreclosures and possible great deals that could turn into rentals.
I have done a few deals now and have recently moved for California to Texas do invest in a more stable market. I've done 2 flips here in TX lost money on the first one ..obviously...but made money on the second. I plan on continuing to flip and acquire rentals start advertising for my own deals instead of relying on wholesellers.
