Grant and his team have been great to work with. As an agent have done a personal loan with Grant. It was the smoothest loan process I have been through, and was the first loan where I didn't have W-2 income.
But the best part as an agent, Grant and his team went the extra mile to work with a shared client abroad to have documents translated, all paperwork in order to have a normal escrow period that allowed the client to close early and land their first investment stateside.
