Also Lexington & Investors have a large interest in financing and or principally acquiring health care and medical facility related assets, debt, projects, existing businesses, or start-ups world-wide. Lexington & Investors have the capacity to provide structured debt, joint venture equity, mezzanine financing, equipment financing, accounts receivable financing, sale lease-back transactions on any medical facility, working capital, and credit facilities. We are actively and aggressively seeking deals for the following asset types: skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, congregate care, independent living, Alzheimer & dementia care, pharmaceuticals and any medical related business (stabilized or non-stabilized) that has substantial cash flow or major potential for substantial cash flow and growth. Investors, borrowers, & management must be seasoned.
Lexington & Investors also seek to lend based on cash-flowing businesses. Business loans, SBA loans, and cash-flow based loans are types of financing that are available.
In addition Lexington can prepare multiple research advisory analysis for investors/investment funds who are having trouble properly valuing assets, projects, or properties nationwide in order to arrive at a proper and informed decisions whether to purchase, not purchase or sell or hold an asset.
